1.16 Pre-release 6 (known as 1.16-pre6 in the launcher) is the sixth pre-release for Java Edition 1.16, released on June 15, 2020,[1] which adds new material and map colors and fixes bugs.

- The zombie villagers that spawn in zombie villages will no longer despawn.
Gameplay[edit]
- The advancement "Oh Shiny" is now also earned when the gold ingot is used on a piglin, whereas previously it would only be earned when a piglin picks up a gold ingot.
- Map colors
- With the addition of new material colors, map colors have been updated accordingly.
- Warped stems, stripped warped stems, and warped planks now use the
WARPED_STEM
color instead of theCOLOR_CYAN
color. - Warped hyphae and stripped warped hyphae now use the
